Exchange or Repair of Faulty Car DVRs
Please send back all faulty sets to us. If we have stock, we will exchange for you if it is within the warranty period. If there is no stocks, we will help you send back to manufacturer for repair or exchange. In no circumstances will we pick up the faulty sets from you. You will have to send back to us at our convenience. We will always honour our warranty unless the set is been tampered or drop on the ground by your own fault.
